Declined EFT Debit card transactions
I have had a few EFT Transactions declined recently where the customer claims that there should have been enough funds to cover the dues. Is there something in the way RGP processes debit cards that will cause this? It is possible that the customer was mistaken.

There is nothing special with RGP processing. There are many reasons why a card could get declined, insufficient funds is just one reason. What did the decline message say? You can check in the customers payment history to get the message. And then the customer can check with their bank for an explanation.
