Overbooked events
We seem to be having events getting overbooked with the online system. We have all the setting set up so that our lessons are one on one with a coach and do not overlap but its happened more than once. I looked at the booking details and it shows that both events were booked at the exact same date and time. At first I thought this was just a wild coincidence... but like I said it's happened a few times now. So now I'm wondering if the bookings are coming from the same computer and the are not refreshing their browser between bookings to show the updated availability.
Anyone else having issues with this? Any way to fix it?

Is this the SAME customer and the exact same date/time? If so that's an issue with the transaction being doubly downloaded.
Or is this literally a DIFFERENT booking at the identical time?
Different booking with different names, but sometimes it's same last name. I can email screenshots next time it happens. We normally call the customer to reschedule when needed so we don't get backed up on lessons so I don't have any to show at the moment.
If two different bookings happen at the EXACT same time, then an overbooking is possible (sort of like an airplane seat :). When designing the system, I took the approach of NOT having a lock-out for "pending" bookings in progress. Many big ticketing systems incorporate a "you have 5 minutes to complete this purchase" or similar and during that window the spots are taken. I viewed the risk of a double booking as worth it vs. locking out the spot just because a looky-loo started the booking process.
