Gift Cards
I really like the emailed gift card that people receive when they buy the gift card online. If someone wants to buy a gift card in store with cash is there anyway to send them this online gift card. We are trying to move away from physical gift cards.

For a credit card in-store purchase, you can always open up a web browser and just complete the form on behalf of a customer.
I think the purchasing of gift cards via cash is rare enough (for now) that I'm unlikely to add any specific functionality for this. That being said, you might be able to convince thees customers to use a credit card rather than cash to get the online gift card.
