Automatically email class roster to instructor
It would be great to set up events to automatically email class roster to instructor x hours before event. Currently you can only email new bookings to instructor.

By "class roster" you mean the SAVE OR PRINT PARTICIPANT LIST button on the Participant's tab in Manage Event?
Yes but it would be great if the list could automatically get emailed to the instructor.
Example.
Monday morning yoga. If no one is signed up the instructor would not come in.
If the instructor got an email the night before they could sleep in...
Ok, I'll consider this in a future update.
That being said, have you seen the private ical feed option for "booked" events? Its in Calendar Settings and allows you to produce an iCal feed of all your events with details on participants and instructors.
Your staff can include this iCal feed on their Google Calendar or iPhone/Android calendar to see the upcoming assignments.
