Quickbooks
Hi, We are trying to download quickbooks to the desktop to link up with RGP but it would seem that they only do an online version? We are in Australia and we have a quickbook version called Reckon, would this be compatible, as we obviously do not want to download if the programs will not link?

RGP can communicate with the desktop version of Quickbooks. I can't imagine Reckon would work as it is a different program. Quickbooks is still available in the desktop format, as I still use that personally.
More than likely you'll need to use the supplied Journal Entry report and import them either manually or via an import capability in your accounting software. The Journal Entry report can be saved as CSV (comma separated values) for possible import into Reckon.
Ok, thanks. We just can't seem to find a desktop version of quickbooks we only seem to be able to get the online version? Do you know of a link for this?
Quickbooks.com... far right side where it says "Quickbooks Desktop"
