Embed a safety video in my digital waiver so a waiver station ipad can show it
I cannot work out how to have a required safety video embedded so that the ipad can be in guided access mode but still flick between a safety video and the waiver.

We do not support embedded safety videos. There are a million issues with trying to embed the videos including audio quality in a busy gym, bandwidth at times causing the waiver stations to slow down, etc.
Smartwaiver, our sister waiver company, did have a feature for a while that allowed embedded safety videos... but it created so many problems that they pulled the feature.
Thus, if you want to have a safety video... you'll need to figure out an external system to do it.

I've done this at my gym using the KioskPro home screen and having a button at the bottom linking to a vimeo video (you need to allow this URL) and also having a hyperlink from the waiver itself. It doesn't allow you to flick back and forth, but we've overcome this by making it very clear to customers that they need to watch the video first.
