Invoicing
I know it has been discussed but is RGP going to add invoicing of customers?
We occasionally have customers (mainly businesses, schools, churches etc...) that
will show up with a PO for their event. We create an invoice in Quickbooks and they
mail a check. The only problem is that when we do reports and charts the revenue
isn't shown.

At this time, invoicing is down the road.
I have a "work around" that another facility shared with me on how they invoice groups.If you give me a call I can explain the process...

I also do my invoices offline (manually!; there aren't many, and typically only a few outstanding at a time), and keep track of the outstanding ones. When a cheque comes in paying an outstanding invoice, at that point I run the transaction through in Rock Gym Pro, so the revenue is shown when it is received (as opposed to when it was earned). This works for us.
