Accounting for Gift Cards sold before switching to RGP
We had been using Quickbooks POS and paper gift certificates before switching to RGP. What is the best way to account for paper redemptions in RGP? We haven't started using RGP to sell gift certificates yet.

Create a product called gift certificates with a price of $0 (extra info can be used for the number) and redeem them as part of the transaction. To redeem them add the gift certificate to the pos transaction and put in a negative value for the amount.
