Auto Email Instuctors brfore their class?
I thought there was a way to set it up so assigned instructors get a reminder email before their classes.

Not at this time.
Just the manual "Email all instructors" button right now. An automatic reminder would be nice. I'm guessing we're not the only gym assigning our birthday party belayers this way, and casual laborers like that are not always super reliable when it comes to remembering to show up for the one shift they might be working that month.
