How to bulk add a punch to multiple customers
Hi there,
We're looking to give a selection of customer's one complimentary entry to the centre in the form of a Punch. Via customer query I can load all relevant customers into data entry, but not sure if there's a way I can automatically add one punch to all of them, or if I have to do it separately (over 100!)...

There is no mechanism to bulk add a punch, sorry.
If it's just a single visit, and if it's a group of customers you can identify with a customer query, what I'd do is create a query for them, then give them all a bulk note that says something like:
Gets one promotional free day pass. Delete this note once used.
Not quite as easy as a punch in terms of check-in, since staff need to pay attention and then take action, but much easier to implement than adding punches manually to 100 people.
