Custom policies 1 and 2 can be set to expire after X months. Check Settings -> Waivers / Custom. Not sure this is useful in your scenario, but those policies can be set to expire.

I've always thought it a good idea to keep them as an expired member or expired punch card user, but your idea of switching them to Guest sometime later is a good one. I'll add it to the list.

Yes, this is still accurate. But given the low costs of computers, I'd still advise a "server". It doesn't need to be a full blown server, it just needs to be any computer the staff doesn't touch!

RGP uses the local currency as defined by your Windows settings. So if you set a different currency (and/or date format) in the Control Panel, RGP will use it and everything will operate normally.
