There really isn't a way to do "check out" with RGP. In the U.S./Canada, this just isn't something that climbing gyms use hence I don't support it. As for an alternative... unfortunately I am not...

I have no plans to implement a check out feature. There are no (that I am aware of!) North American gyms that track customer check outs. I would also venture to guess 90% of customers wouldn't bot...

I don't think there is any "right" way to do this... except perhaps have a product called "Group - Custom" with a $0 price.
