Proficiency levels must be changed manually, sorry.

Save it as a CSV and/or open in Excel and use it as a worksheet. It's just a report... not designed to be editable. Then make restock adjustments (Manage -> Products) for any that don't match.

Not directly... but you could go to Customer Queries, export the entire list to a file (there is a button), open that file in Excel and then search within Excel.

BTW, for the prepaid members you turn into EFT members with $0 dues... you can simulate a prepaid enddate by adding a future termination status of their original prepaid end date. Then, on the off...

Aaron - Lots of gyms do this and love it. Hopefully some will respond with their experiences, but I've yet to hear of a gym that went away from it once they offered it...

Answers... 1. Yes, add-on product is correct for billed members 2. Prepaid members CANNOT have an add-on product get billed. Thus you are correct, making them billed members with $0 dues + add-on ...

Many gyms z-out at close AND at opening. So they don't adjust the previous z-out, but instead make a new z-out for the opening count (with adjustments as required).
