Editing an automatic report email

Once you’ve created an automatic report email you can edit it at any time to add new recipients, change the frequency or modify options.

  1. In the Data Entry main window click Reporting and then select General Reports to open the Reporting window.
  2. Click the Auto Emailed Reports tab to display your list of scheduled automatic emails.
  3. Select the email you wish to edit and click the Edit button.
  4. This will open the Modify Auto Report Email Settings window. Make your edits and then click the OK button to save.
  5. Click the Close button to exit.
