Not at this time. Generally gyms get membership cards (keychain tags usually) preprinted in bulk, and just hand them out to new members - transcribing the member # into the field.

It must be enabled in Data Entry -> Settings -> Customers -> Casually Share Punches Then restart Check In.

All workstations must be able to connect to all servers, so it needs to be a network wide VPN.. not a peer to peer between the servers. See this page: http://www.rockgympro.com/?page_id=1031

The latest update, released last Tuesday fixes this bug - provided you do not have US or Canada selected in Data Entry -> Settings -> Location. Update your software to fix.

It must be a hardware VPN within the router(s), not a software solution on each computer.
