No, a "URL" literally reloads a page - by definition. You'll want to create a custom landing page for that offering on your site and embed the offering's specific script tag.

No, I can't think of a way to do this in the calendar. It's flexible, but not infinitely so :)

Slots that are full will be shown as "NOT AVAILABLE" online. Still visible, but not bookable. Staff can always override a limitation when making bookings directly in RGP. Hope this helps Andy

Have you enabled subtypes in Settings? If so, the dropbox is on the first tab when editing a customer.

You define the subtypes in Settings first. And then the dropbox will have the list of subtypes you configured.
