Updating a Customer’s Rental Gear Inclusion

If a customer’s membership comes with rental gear you can specify that in their profile while setting any usage limitations you require.

  1. You can update their rental gear allowance from several different places in Rock Gym Pro by double-clicking on the customer’s name. This will bring up the View and Edit Customer window.
  2. Select the General tab.
  3. Under Skills and Rental Gear, use the Rental Gear drop-down menu to select their allowance. Options include:
    - Never
    - Always
    - With Membership
    - With Punches
    - Up until a specific date
  4. Click OK to save.
