Once a customer has signed a waiver you will want to update their waiver status in their customer profile. If a customer doesn’t have a waiver, you will be informed during POS checkout or adding that customer to a booking.
- You can update their waiver status from several different places in Rock Gym Pro by double-clicking on the customer’s name. This will bring up the View and Edit Customer window.
- Select the General tab.
- Under Policies check Facility Waiver and select the correct date.
- Click OK to save.
