Updating a Customer’s Waiver Status

Once a customer has signed a waiver you will want to update their waiver status in their customer profile. If a customer doesn’t have a waiver, you will be informed during POS checkout or adding that customer to a booking.

  1. You can update their waiver status from several different places in Rock Gym Pro by double-clicking on the customer’s name. This will bring up the View and Edit Customer window.
  2. Select the General tab.
  3. Under Policies check Facility Waiver and select the correct date.
  4. Click OK to save.
