If there’s a question about a customer’s account it can often be helpful to review their check-in history.
- To get started, look up the customer in the Data Entry window. Select their name and click the Check-In History button.
- Here you will see the dates and times they checked in, their status at check-in, their membership type, and what event/class they checked in to if applicable.
- If you need to change the date for a check-in, select it and click the Change Check-In and Out Dates button. Select a new date and click OK.
- To print a check-in history report, click the Print button. You can now print, email, open the report in Word or Excel, or save it as an HTML or CSV file.
- Click OK to finish.
