Reviewing a Customer’s Check-in History

If there’s a question about a customer’s account it can often be helpful to review their check-in history.

  1. To get started, look up the customer in the Data Entry window. Select their name and click the Check-In History button.
  2. Here you will see the dates and times they checked in, their status at check-in, their membership type, and what event/class they checked in to if applicable.
  3. If you need to change the date for a check-in, select it and click the Change Check-In and Out Dates button. Select a new date and click OK.
  4. To print a check-in history report, click the Print button. You can now print, email, open the report in Word or Excel, or save it as an HTML or CSV file.
  5. Click OK to finish.
