Cancelling a transaction in Point of Sale

You can easily cancel a transaction at anytime before check out. If you need to learn how to cancel just a specific item in a transaction click here.

  1. To get started, click POS to launch the Point of Sale system.
  2. Add a customer, find the item they wish to purchase and double-click it to add it to the transaction.
  3. To cancel the transaction, click the Clear button at the bottom right of the screen.
  4. Click Yes to confirm.
  5. The transaction will be cleared and the POS will be ready to start a new transaction.
