You can easily cancel a transaction at anytime before check out. If you need to learn how to cancel just a specific item in a transaction click here.
- To get started, click POS to launch the Point of Sale system.
- Add a customer, find the item they wish to purchase and double-click it to add it to the transaction.
- To cancel the transaction, click the Clear button at the bottom right of the screen.
- Click Yes to confirm.
- The transaction will be cleared and the POS will be ready to start a new transaction.
