Custom Report: Customers - Duplicate

Report Description:
Generates a report showing potential duplicate customer records based on either:

Identical Birthday+First Name+Last Name

OR

Identical Birthday+First Initial+Last Name+Zip Code.

Columns Displayed:

• Last name
• First name
• Birthdate
• Address
• City
• State
• Zip code
• Email
• Customer type
• Current status
• Last visit date
• ID card #
