Custom Report: Customer Processing Time

Report Description:
Generates a report showing the amount of time it took to process a customer for a specified date range. Includes: form completion time, form accept time, purchase time, and check-in time.

Columns Displayed:

• Customer Name
• Form Name
• Form completion date
• Form  accepted time (minutes)
• Purchase time (minutes)
• Check-in time (minutes)
