In addition to your automated backups, you can manually transfer a backup to the Rock Gym Pro server at any time.
- In the Data Entry main window click Manage, select Maintenance and then select Backup and Restore Database.
- Click the Execute Backup Now button.
- Click Yes to finalize the transfer.
- Click Close to finish.
