Calendar Text Editor not displaying properly?

 

If you see the Up/Down arrows in your Text Editor, shown below:

RGP Cloud:  Go to Manage -> Maintenance -> Reset Internet Explorer and restart RGP

Locally Hosted RGP, check that:

  • The latest version of your internet browser is installed on your computer
  • Javascript is enabled in your internet browser
  • Your Security Settings are not limiting the use of your internet browser
  • You're running Windows 7, 8 or 10
