If you see the Up/Down arrows in your Text Editor, shown below:
RGP Cloud: Go to Manage -> Maintenance -> Reset Internet Explorer and restart RGP
Locally Hosted RGP, check that:
- The latest version of Internet Explorer is installed on your computer
- Javascript is enabled in Internet Explorer
- Your Security Settings are not limiting the use of Internet Explorer
- You're running Windows 7,8 or 10
