Use the reports below to get started with Grid Reports. Each report can be downloaded and imported into your system.

We will continue adding new reports to this list over time.

 



Membership & Customer Activity

New Members (Not Including Transfers)

Download: New Members (No Transfers).json

View new memberships within a selected date range, excluding transfers. Provides a clear view of new member growth without including members who transferred from another location.

 

New Members (With Transfer Status)

Download: New Members (With Transfer Status).json

View new memberships within a selected date range, including an indicator for whether each membership was created through a transfer. Useful for understanding total membership changes and transfer activity.

 

Terminations (No Transfers)

Download: Terminations (No Transfers).json

View memberships scheduled for termination within a selected date range, excluding those associated with transfers. Helps isolate true cancellations.

 

Terminated Reasons

View terminated customers along with associated notes and tags that indicate the reason for termination. Useful for identifying trends in why customers are leaving.

 


Billing & Financial Oversight

Preview Billing

Download: Preview Billing - Adjust @billing_day and @freeze_fee to match your settings.json

Preview upcoming billing for the next billing cycle, including expected charges, account balances, and any upcoming status changes such as freezes or terminations. Helps verify billing before it runs.

Before running this report:

At the top of this query, you’ll see two lines that start with SET @

These control:

  • Your billing day of the month
  • Your freeze fee amount

Update the numbers in those lines to match your facility before running the report.

Voided, Reversed, and Terminated Invoices

View invoices that have been voided, reversed, or associated with terminated accounts within a selected date range. Useful for auditing billing activity and identifying exceptions.

 

Sales Tax Details

View sales tax totals by tax type and account within a selected date range. Useful for summarizing taxable and non-taxable sales for reporting and filing.

 

Sales Tax Details Itemized

View total remaining punch balances across customers. Provides a high-level view of outstanding punch liability.

Inventory Count

View current inventory quantities along with estimated cost based on the most recent restock data. Useful for inventory audits and stock level tracking.

 

Inventory Margins

Analyze product sales, cost, and margin within a selected date range. Includes quantity sold, average cost, average price, and overall margin percentage.

 

Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)

Analyze cost of goods sold for retail items within a selected date range, including quantity sold, cost, revenue, and margin. Useful for understanding product profitability.

Track gift card activity within a selected date range, including amounts sold, redeemed, and remaining balances. Useful for monitoring gift card liability and usage.

Duplicate Customers

Identify potential duplicate customer records based on matching name and date of birth across locations. Helps maintain clean and accurate customer data.
