Editing the online gift card confirmation email subject line

The subject line is the first thing the gift card recipient will see, so you will want to take care to craft an informative, clear subject line that stands out and doesn’t get mistaken for junk mail. Here’s how to edit the online gift card confirmation email subject line.

1. From the main calendar window click the Manage Schedule button. On the Manage Schedule window click the Gift Cards button to bring up the Online Gift Card Settings window.
2. Click the Confirmation and Gift Card Email tab.
3. Enter your subject line in the Gift Card Email Subject Line field. Keep your message concise; for best results, keep your subject line to 50 characters or fewer so the subject line doesn’t get cut off on mobile screens.
4. Click Close to finish.
