Once you’ve created a custom event your staff will be able to add it to the calendar at any time. This is perfect for events like a private lesson that can be done at any time.
- On the main calendar window click the Custom Event button.
- Select the offering and click OK.
- You can now select the day, starting time and duration of the session. Click OK.
- The custom event will now appear on the calendar. Click on the event to add a customer booking to the event.
- Click on the Booking tab and click the New Booking button. Add the booking as normal.
