Sending an email to instructors assigned to a specific event

If there’s a change to an event and you want to let your instructors know, here’s how to easily send an email to just the instructors assigned for a specific event.

  1. From the main calendar window double click on the specific event to bring up the Manage Event window.
  2. Click on the Instructors tab.
  3. Click the Send Email to All Instructors button.
  4. Enter the instructors’ email addresses if necessary, edit the subject header if you wish, and enter your email content in the Body window.
  5. Click the Preview tab to check your message. If everything looks right then click Send.
  6. Once the email is sent it will appear in the Email Event History window.
  7. Click Close to exit the Manage Event window.
