Editing Customer Notes from the Check In Window

If a customer has a note that is outdated you can easily edit it from the Check In window.

  1. To get started, click Check In to launch the Check In window.
  2. Enter the name or barcode for the customer in the Lookup field.
  3. Once you’ve selected the customer their profile will display on the screen. Click Edit Customer go to the Notes tab on the customer’s profile.
  4. Click the Edit button to edit an existing note. You can also add or delete a note if needed.
  5. Click OK to save the note.
