To request a RGP bill adjustment for the the month of May, you must complete the Change Request Form (Form has been updated on April 30th to reflect one months dues request).
Dear RGP Community,
During this challenging period as the coronavirus (COVID-19) spreads, the team at Rock Gym Pro (RGP) continues to be focused on our ongoing support of your business and of the climbing community that we love.
As you hopefully have noticed, we delayed our March billing. To be frank, we have been wrestling with what to do in these extraordinarily difficult times. On one hand, we know that all of us are under enormous financial pressure. At the same time, we need to be able to support our business and our employees so we can continue to provide the software and service that you have come to rely on.
After much consideration, we have decided to move forward with our March/April billing with the opportunity for you to request to reduce the subscription fees charged.
Simply complete this Change Request Form by Monday, April 6, 2020, to request a bill adjustment for this 2-month time period. You have our commitment that we will do our very best to work with you.
Clearly, these are unprecedented times. As such, we are taking it day by day and we will re-evaluate the marketplace situation as we go. As an industry, we will recover from this crisis with a renewed passion for the business. With that, our ongoing promise is to provide you with the industry-leading service and support that you have come to expect.
