RGP Update - Released - October, 2021

If you're using a locally installed version of RGP, a new update is ready to install:

To get the update, launch Data Entry → Manage → About → Check For Updates

If you’re using RGP Cloud, you do not need to install a new version of the software to use the updated features listed below. You already have them! (Learn more about using RGP in the Cloud).

In addition to all of the backend magic and bug fixes that you might not see, this update includes:

1) New option to add Custom Text fields on the Check-in screen
You can now choose to include one or both of the Custom Text fields on the customer Check-in screen. This has been a popular request from facilities wanting an easier way to view a customer’s specified gender preference and/or vaccine status.

2) Optional French Receipts 
If you do business in an area that requires receipts be printed in French when a payment is made (we’re looking at you, Quebec) you now have this option in RGP.

3) Interac and RGP
For the first time since RGP was launched, our Canadian customers now have an integrated option for both credit and Interac payments!  This update provides the backend support to make that happen.
