On Thursday, March 2nd, at 9pm PST, Rock Gym Pro will be undergoing planned maintenance that will result in a brief interruption of service to Stripe Point of Sale credit card transactions and waiver/document delivery. During this window of up to 30 minutes, you may notice that these two services will be unavailable.
We appreciate your patience as we perform this brief, but critical update. Immediately following the update, we expect customers to notice a marked improvement in performance with these two services.

Services Affected During 30-Minute Maintenance
1. Stripe POS Credit Card Payments:
During this interruption, facilities will be unable to process credit cards at POS using Stripe payment terminals. If attempted, RGP will be unable to send the transaction to the terminal and the transaction will fail before a customer is asked to present a credit card. There are no negative outcomes from attempting to run transactions during this outage. As soon as the terminal is successfully displaying transactions generated in RGP's POS, the maintenance can be assumed to be done.
2. Waiver/Document Delivery:
During this interruption, customers can still submit waivers/documents online or via RGP waiver kiosks. Those waivers/documents will still be captured and saved, and they will arrive in your RGP waiver queue after maintenance is complete. Facilities using Smartwaiver for their waivers/documents can log into their Smartwaiver dashboard directly, outside of RGP, to view submitted waivers. Facilities can also plan to use paper waivers during this brief interruption of service.
