RGP Update - Released - August, 2021

If you're using a locally installed version of RGP, a new update is ready to install:

To get the update, launch Data Entry → Manage → About → Check For Updates

If you’re using RGP Cloud, you do not need to install a new version of the software to use the updated features listed below. You already have them! (Learn more about using RGP in the Cloud).

This latest version of Rock Gym Pro includes numerous backend enhancements that will improve the overall performance of RGP, so we encourage everyone to update as soon as possible.

This update also includes support for a new custom payment integration with the Stripe platform - RGP Stripe Custom!

With the RGP Stripe Custom integration you can now fully integrate:

• EFT Monthly Billing
• POS Terminal Transactions (supported in the US, CA, and the UK)
• Online Transactions

This means ONE payment processor and ONE deposit to reconcile to RGP reports (apart from ACH payments) - simplifying your payment processing and saving you tons of time!

RGP + Stripe Custom also supports features not available with a Stripe Standard account, like partial refunds and transferring member’s credit cards in a multigym setting.
