Absolutely. Just make a new waiver in Manage -> Waiver Station. You can copy the old one as a base (or import/export). Then use the appropriate one for the online waiver link within your website...

what OS is your office computer? At less that full screen, the drop down is displayed overlapping the edge of the window. It may be that your OS on the office computer is cropping the window.
