Adding and editing terms and conditions for online and booking emails

You can edit the global terms and conditions that display before a customer can book an event online. Customers will be required to accept these terms and conditions in order to submit a booking. These global terms and conditions will also be included in all booking emails. In addition to these global terms and conditions you can also create additional terms and conditions for specific offerings.

  1. On the main calendar window click Manage Schedule.
  2. At the bottom of the window click Settings.
  3. Click on the Booking Messages tab.
  4. Click Modify on the Global Terms and Conditions field to edit. Enter your content and click OK to save.
  5. Click OK to finish.
