Adding an email list opt-out message to the confirmation email

When a customer books online their email address is automatically added to your email list, allowing you to send marketing messages from your favorite email marketing tool. If you wish you can set it so customers are not automatically signed up and must opt-in for these messages.

  1. On the main calendar window click Manage Schedule.
  2. At the bottom of the window click Settings.
  3. Click on the Booking Messages tab.
  4. Check the Include Email Opt-Out Message checkbox to display the opt-in message. In the email the opt-in will be checked by default.
  5. Edit your opt-in message as necessary.

  6. Click OK to finish.
