If you need to reapply a transaction that you’ve removed from a booking you can do so from within the Manage Event window.
- From the main calendar window, double click on the specific event to bring up the Manage Event window.
- Select the customer and click the Transactions button to bring up the Apply Transactions window.

Click the Other Transactions tab to view transactions associated with this customer. Find the transaction you wish to reapply and click the Apply Transaction button.
- A pop-up will confirm the action; click Yes. The transaction will be restored to the Applied Transactions window and the balance updated.
- When finished, click Close to exit the Apply Transactions window, and Close again to exit the Manage Event window.
