Adding a late fee through the Billing Center window

In addition to being able to add late fees to a customer’s account you can also add late fees in the Billing Center window. This is helpful for when you are review balance dues in the Billing Center.

  1. In the Data Entry main window click Manage and select Billing to open Billing Center window.
  2. Click the Balance Due tab.
  3. Select a customer.
  4. Under the Customer Actions dropdown menu select Add Late Fee. Click Go.
  5. Click Yes to confirm. Confirm or change the late fee amount and click OK.
  6. The late fee will now be added to the customer balance.
  7. Click Close to finish.
