Preventing staff access to the calendar

When you’re changing your offerings or making other edits you may want to temporarily prevent your staff from using the calendar while you work. To do so you will want to temporarily require to launch a password for the calendar application.

  1. On the main calendar window click Manage Schedule.
  2. At the bottom of the window click Settings.
  3. Under the Business Details tab, click Require manager access to launch the Calendar window.
  4. Press OK.

The software will now require your manager password every time it launches. Once you are finished you can go back into the Calendar settings and unclick the Require manager access to launch the Calendar window box.
