Setting the language for emails to French

While the default language for Rock Gym Pro is English, you do have the ability to have your staff initiated emails use French.

1. On the main calendar window click Manage Schedule.
2. At the bottom of the window click Settings.
3. Click on the Business Details tab. At the bottom of the window click the French checkbox. Note that this will also make French available for use in online widgets.
4. You will need to translate any custom phrases you use. To do so, click the Manage Language Translations button. This will open the Translation Manager window. Select the English phrase you wish to translate and either double click or click the Edit button. Click OK when you are finished with the translation.
5. Under Default For Staff Initiated Emails select French.
6. Click OK when finished.
