Rock Gym Pro allows you to add custom tracking information to individual Calendar Offerings. This can be used to help track activity and conversions from RGP widgets on your website.
Important: Custom tracking requires the RGP widget to be embedded directly on your website. It will not work the same way if customers are sent directly to an RGP-hosted page.
RGP provides the tracking information from the widget, but your website must be configured to listen for the response coming from the RGP widget at app.rockgympro.com and then pass that information to the analytics or advertising service you use.
Because the website-side setup will vary depending on your website and analytics platform, you may need help from your website developer or whoever manages your tracking configuration.
Add tracking to an Offering
From the RGP Calendar:
- Click Manage Schedules.
- Double-click the Offering you want to track.
- Open the Tracking & Analytics tab.
-
Enter the tracking information you want RGP to return when the applicable activity occurs within the widget.
Your website must also have a listener configured to receive the response from the embedded RGP widget and use that information with your analytics platform.
Replacement fields
Replacement fields can be used within your tracking setup to include details about the booking.Available fields include:{{EMAIL}}{{FIRST_NAME}}{{LAST_NAME}}{{OFFERING_NAME}}{{OFFERING_GUID}}{{TOTAL_NET}}{{TOTAL_GROSS}}{{TOTAL_TAX}}{{PAID_NOW}}{{BOOKING_DEVICE}}
The {{BOOKING_DEVICE}} field identifies where the booking originated. Possible values are:web/mobileweb/desktopconnect_appkiosk
Website setup
The RGP portion of this setup provides the tracking response from the embedded widget. Your website is responsible for listening for that response and sending the appropriate data to services such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta/Facebook.
If you're not sure whether your website is set up to do this, check with your website developer before configuring tracking in RGP.
