Reviewing a customer’s membership links

In the Customer Account window you can review the memberships that are associated with each customer, whether one they’ve paid for or one paid for by a different member such as a parent paying for a child.

  1. To access the Customer Account window, find the customer in either the Data Entry or POS window and click the Invoice & Payments button.
  2. Click the Membership Links tab.
  3. This will show the membership product type, the date added, the price and who was charged for the membership.
  4. Click Close to finish.
