Adding or editing instructor notes

Notes to the instructor can be useful in case you need them to prepare in advance for an event. By adding a note to an event the staff will be able to pass instructions on to instructor without clogging up their inbox.

  1. From the main calendar window, double click on the specific event to bring up the Manage Event window.
  2. Click on the Instructors tab.
  3. To add a note, click on Add/Edit Instructor Notes or double click on the instructor’s name. Enter the note and click OK.
  4. The note will now show up on the event entry on the main calendar window.


TIPIf you do need to get a message to your instructors ahead of time you can also send them an email from this window.
