Notes to the instructor can be useful in case you need them to prepare in advance for an event. By adding a note to an event the staff will be able to pass instructions on to instructor without clogging up their inbox.
- From the main calendar window, double click on the specific event to bring up the Manage Event window.
- Click on the Instructors tab.
- To add a note, click on Add/Edit Instructor Notes or double click on the instructor’s name. Enter the note and click OK.
- The note will now show up on the event entry on the main calendar window.
TIP: If you do need to get a message to your instructors ahead of time you can also send them an email from this window.
