Cancelling a booked event

If an event gets cancelled you’ll want to also cancel it off the Calendar. Here’s how to cancel the event plus any bookings that have already been made for it.

  1. From the main calendar window, double click on the specific event to bring up the Manage Event window.
  2. Click on the Event Modifications button at the bottom of the screen and select Cancel Event & All Bookings.
  3. A pop up window will ask you to confirm. Click Yes.The event is now cancelled.
  4. A window will pop up for each customer that made an online payment. 
  5. You have the choice of refunding the online payments, or not, for each customer.


TIPIf you wish to reinstate the cancelled event you can do so from the Events Modifications button.
