Assigning a custom product for a specific event

If you wish to add a product to just one event you can do so by modifying that specific event’s properties.  

  1. From the main calendar window, double click on the specific event to bring up the Manage Event window.
  2. Click on the Event Modifications button at the bottom of the screen and select Modify Event Properties.
  3. Click the Assign Custom Product button. A menu will pop up with your products. Select the product and click the Add button.
  4. Click OK to finish.
  5. The product will now be used when the balance of the booking is sent to POS.
