If you need to move a booking to a different day, you don’t need to cancel the booking and enter it again. All you have to do is move it to the new event.
- From the main calendar window, double click on the specific event to bring up the Manage Event window.
- Click on the Booking tab and select the booking you would like to change.
- In the booking information window on the right, click the More drop-down button and select Relocate booking to different event.
- Select the offering type you would like to use and click OK.
- Select the new date and time of the event and click OK.
- A pop up window will confirm your new date and time. Click Yes to finish.
- The booking will now be removed from the original event and moved to the new event.
