Printing a previous payment receipt

If a customer needs a receipt for a past payment you can easily look it up and reprint it from the Customer Account window.

  1. To access the Customer Account window, find the customer in either the Data Entry or POS window and click the Invoice & Payments button.
  2. Click the Payments tab.
  3. Select the payment you wish to print a receipt for and click the Print Receipt button.  
  4. Click Close to finish.
