Changing the maximum number of bookings for a specific event

If an offering is set to only allow one booking in the party room but two families want to have a co-party, you can change the maximum number of bookings allowed for just that one event without having to modify the limitations of the usual offering.

1. From the main calendar window, double click on the specific event to bring up the Manage Event window.
2. Click on the Event Modifications button at the bottom of the screen and select Modify Event Properties.
3. Click the Custom Maximum Booking checkbox and enter the new number of bookings.
4. Click OK to finish.
5. Note that the new limitations will only apply to this specific event, and will apply to all sessions of that event, not just the day you’ve selected. In addition, this will override any limitations set by assigned resources for the event.
