Saving a Single Scanned Document to Your Computer or Network

Once a customer’s document has been scanned and uploaded to our remote server, you can download and save it to your computer or network at any time. Here is how to download a single document through the Customer Documents window: 

  1. To access the Customer Documents window, find the customer in the Data Entry window and click the Documents button.
  2. Select the document and click the Save As button.
  3. Name the file, select the folder or network path you want to save the file, and click Save.
  4. The file will be saved to the folder.
  5. Click Close to finish.

If you wish, you can also download all your scanned documents at once.
