Once a customer’s document has been scanned and uploaded to our remote server, you can download and save it to your computer or network at any time. Here is how to download a single document through the Customer Documents window:
- To access the Customer Documents window, find the customer in the Data Entry window and click the Documents button.
- Select the document and click the Save As button.
- Name the file, select the folder or network path you want to save the file, and click Save.
- The file will be saved to the folder.
- Click Close to finish.
If you wish, you can also download all your scanned documents at once.
