Deleting a Scanned Document

If you need to delete a document from a customer account, such as an old waiver, you can do so through the Customer Documents window.

  1. To access the Customer Documents window, find the customer in the Data Entry window and click the Documents button.
  2. Select the document you wish to delete and click the Delete button.
  3. A pop-up window will ask you to confirm; click Yes.
  4. The document will be deleted from our remote server. Note that it will also be deleted from your local document mirror if you are automatically saving a local copy. Also note that once the file is deleted you can not un-delete it, so make sure you have the right file.
  5. Click Close to finish.
