If you need to delete a document from a customer account, such as an old waiver, you can do so through the Customer Documents window.
- To access the Customer Documents window, find the customer in the Data Entry window and click the Documents button.
- Select the document you wish to delete and click the Delete button.
- A pop-up window will ask you to confirm; click Yes.
- The document will be deleted from our remote server. Note that it will also be deleted from your local document mirror if you are automatically saving a local copy. Also note that once the file is deleted you can not un-delete it, so make sure you have the right file.
- Click Close to finish.
